Applications and Characters

PSUV-620 spot UV coating machine is used for both flood and spot varnishing on light and thick paper with accurate and even spot coating register. It is suitable for spot or full coating on words and graphics in books, advertisement sheets, color paperboard to enhance its dimensional quality and surface protection.

Integrated control with PLC can provide easy operation & trouble shot during production. Fully automatic working process from feeding to delivery. Safety for user is considered and widely used in the machine design. Famous international brand of components like bearing, electrical parts are used in the critical functioning part of the machine. It is very suitable to be used as a posting printing equipment within a digital printing solution.

1.Feeder: Multi-point high speed feeding with easy operation & adjustment.

2.Grippers transportation system. Reverse rotating roller control can lead to better varnish balancing. Pneumatic varnish pump provides stable varnish supplement.

3.IR drying: Function for coating with water-based varnish.

4.UV curing: High efficiency curing system with cooling system inside.

5.Stacker: Flipable safety cover can also provide easy operation for user. Jogger with fan cooling can ensure the order delivery.
